No. SMS follow-up is offered after an unanswered call and sent only when the caller presses 1 to consent.

Can I use my existing booking link?

Yes. Save your external URL in settings and include it in your SMS template using the {{lien}} variable.

How do I activate the service?

Create your account, choose and pay for your plan, then configure your number, call forwarding and message. Online booking is optional.

How do SMS credits work with multiple numbers?

Accepted Answer

Your SMS credits form a single shared balance for your whole account, no matter how many Alloia numbers you use. A text sent from any of your numbers draws from that same balance. Credits included in your plan are used first, then prepaid credits take over.

Can I keep a voicemail option?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Your caller can choose a text follow-up or leave a voice message. The voicemail option remains the last choice in the menu.

Where can I see my conversations and credit balance?

Accepted Answer

Your inbox brings together your conversations and totals for received and sent texts. The Billing page shows your included and prepaid credit balances.

Can I activate Alloia separately for each number?

Accepted Answer

Yes. In My Alloia line, each number has its own SMS follow-up activation. All your numbers still share the same credit balance.
